Devrath – Terms & Conditions (Return, Refund & Payment Policy)

1. Payment Policy

  • We accept only prepaid orders.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for any products.

  • Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

2. Return Policy

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and confirmed.

  • Please review all product details, sizes, and specifications carefully before making your purchase.

3. Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be issued once an order is placed.

  • Refunds are only applicable in the rare case of a verified order error or damage caused during shipping (to be assessed by Devrath’s team).

  • To report such an issue, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos as proof.

  • Refund will be credited to original source of payment within 7-10 business days.

4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is made.

  • In special cases (at Devrath’s discretion), cancellation requests may be considered before dispatch.

5. Customer Responsibility

  • Ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct before checkout.

  • Devrath will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
